For any queries, the Pio Media customer service helpline(+91 2590 4242) is open from Monday to Saturday 9.00 am to 6. The helpline is closed on Sundays and National Holidays, but if possible Pio Media will try it’s best to resolve queries as soon as possible.

At Pio Media, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we are here to help. Pio Media provides an option of returning any products purchased within 24 hours of its receipt. We would consider the following points before accepting the product back:

A product cannot be returned once it has been used. Please ensure that the product is in original condition and unused. You need to return the product with all the original packing, labels and invoice.

At times, the outer packaging may appear to be damaged, but the actual product is just fine in most of such cases. Pio Media doesn’t take any liability for the damage of packaging. Get in touch with our customer care at +91 2590 4242 (Monday to Saturday: 9 am to 6 pm) within 24 hours of delivery of the product, in case the product arrives damaged.

In case, you get a defective or damaged product from our side, we will return or replace it. However, the shipping cost for the return has to be borne by the customer. Please pursue the following process for returning an item purchased from Pio Media.
• Call us at +91 2590 4242 and provide your Order details with your Order-ID number.
• Our customer care executive will confirm about your return request ASAP.
• The customer care executive will inform you about the product returning process.
• For complaints on defective products, an email from the customer has to be sent notifying them of the defect in the product with images and videos to validate the claim. The email has to be sent keeping info@pioprinters.com. Without this step, a claim for a defective product will not be accepted by Pio Media.

Please note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to our Courier Service Partner, Pio Media shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.

If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 3 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If an order hasn’t been shipped, please go to your account page, then go to your orders section. Once in the orders page, click on the Request Cancellation button to request cancelation of the order.

** No refund option will be available due to any price change at any time.
